Milocer is located close to Sveti Stefan. It used to be a royal holiday resort of Karadjordjevic dynasty (royal family). Today Milocer is prestigeous touristic resort with rich vegetation, flowers and two fantastic beaches. Unfortunately, it is not possible to buy a property in Milo?er, but it has to be mentioned as one of pearls on the Montenegro coast.

  • Minimum stay: 3 nights during the High season. There is an exception for those guests who are passing by and depending on the availability of our capacities.
    Residential tax and insurance is not included in the price:
    Adults pay 1€ Residential Tax.
    Children (12 -18 years) pay half of Residential Tax (0,50 € ).
    Children up to 12 years do not have to pay Residential Tax.

    Insurance is 0,50 € per person per day and is compulsory for everyone.

    Adult on extra bed pays 70% of the price.
    Single person in the room pays +90% of the price (1st season).
    Single person in the room pays +30% of the price (3rd, 4th, 5th, season).
    Single person in the room pays +50% of the price (2nd season).

    The kid (3-12 years) on extra bed pays 50% of the price.
    The kid (3-7 years) on the bed pays 50% of the price.
    The kid (7-12 years) on the bed pays 70% of the price.
  • The reservation policy implies a deposit of 30% of the total accommodation service that we provide to our guests and which needs to be paid in order to confirm your reservation.
    Reservations made less than 10days before your requested date, needs to pay a full estimated price (100%) in the following 24hrs.
    You may cancel your reservation 24hrs before set date of your arrival.
