BENALMADENA/TORREMUELLE: Torrequebrada is a quiet suburb of Benalmadena allowing close proximity to bustling holiday towns without the immediate noise. Within walking distance there are 4 coved beaches to choose from.The apartment is situated just 50 metres from beautiful sandy beaches (Torremuelle Playa )on the Western outskirts of Benalmadena approx 5 mins. by bus from the centre of Benalmadena and 5 min. from Fuengirola. There are several restaurants, bars, 2 supermarkets ( one is KWIK SAVE ), a railway station, hairdresser, car hire and hotels with live entertainment nearby. Regular buses take you into the centre of Benalmadena and the marina. The train station is approximately 8 min walk. The train takes you into Benalmadena, Malaga, the airport, Plaza Mayor Leisure Centre, Torremolinos or, in the other direction to Fuengirola. There are further bars and restaurants offering great seafood dishes on the beaches ( 'Chiringuitos'). AIRPORT TRANSFERS ARRANGED FOR UP TO 4 PEOPLE

The beautiful MARINA with hundreds of boats to see and it’s smart shopping mall, the fabulous TIVOLI WORLD pleasure park, ideal for kids and grown-ups alike! SEA-WORLD sea life centre, located in the marina, the Dolphinarium, in the centre of Benalmadena, CABLE CARS taking you to the top of the mountains for the breathtaking views, and numerous restaurants and bars. You can take the bus or train to nearby FUENGIROLA for it’s huge Tuesday market, or take a trip to MARBELLA to see the millionaire’s port of PUERTO BANUS. There are many restaurants near the apartment with a superb restaurant on the beach, open all summer.

GOLF: There are several excellent golf courses nearby.

We stayed @ the apt in October. The layout of the flat is just perfect, 2 bathrooms, 1 balcony, and a ca. 40 m2 roofterrace with stunning view (sea&mountains) where we enjoyed our meal (bfst,lunch, barbecue). Sandy beach is only a few steps away, train station is 10 mins what has a superb service between Malaga and Fuengirola. The apt. is located in Torremuelle (5 mins by bus from Benalmadena's city centre.) The place is peaceful, not busy :-) which was just perfect for us.

Great Views from the terrace sun roof

My wife and i had the pleasure of staying at Barbaras 2bed penthouse in october and i must say the description is pretty accurate although the beds on the sun terrace are in need of an update .Only 2mins from the bus stop and about 5 from the train station which by the way are on time,if you dont mind using public transport the trains are the best and cheap if you use the return ticket button.i had arranged airport pickup with Barbara and her son Peter was there to meet us this was the easiest way to get to the apartment but as i now know where it is i would have no problem using the train.i would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to family and friends, there are two very good resaurants outside the front door and as we were leaving a new one was about to open all in all a very good base for a quiet holiday.Thanks Barbara we will be booking with you in the future.

Nice clean apt,AC a big plus,fabulous terrace which got sun all day.Nice quiet area with a really good restuarant downstairs and close to bus stop and train stn. Livingroom/kitchen a little bit on the small side,but otherwise good.
