BENALMADENA/TORREMUELLE: Torrequebrada is a quiet suburb of Benalmadena allowing close proximity to bustling holiday towns without the immediate noise. Within walking distance there are 4 coved beaches to choose from.The apartment is situated just 50 metres from beautiful sandy beaches (Torremuelle Playa )on the Western outskirts of Benalmadena approx 5 mins. by bus from the centre of Benalmadena and 5 min. from Fuengirola. There are several restaurants, bars, 2 supermarkets ( one is KWIK SAVE ), a railway station, hairdresser, car hire and hotels with live entertainment nearby. Regular buses take you into the centre of Benalmadena and the marina. The train station is approximately 8 min walk. The train takes you into Benalmadena, Malaga, the airport, Plaza Mayor Leisure Centre, Torremolinos or, in the other direction to Fuengirola. There are further bars and restaurants offering great seafood dishes on the beaches ( 'Chiringuitos'). AIRPORT TRANSFERS ARRANGED FOR UP TO 4 PEOPLE

BENALMADENA: Because of it's many attractions and the beautiful safe beaches, Benalmadena is the ideal location for a family holiday with everything one could wish for. The beautiful MARINA with hundreds of boats to see and it’s smart shopping mall, the fabulous TIVOLI WORLD pleasure park, ideal for kids and grown-ups alike! SEA-WORLD sea life centre, located in the marina, the Dolphinarium, in the centre of Benalmadena, CABLE CARS taking you to the top of the mountains for the breathtaking views, and numerous restaurants and bars. You can take the bus or train to nearby FUENGIROLA for it’s huge Tuesday market, or take a trip to MARBELLA to see the millionaire’s port of PUERTO BANUS. There are many restaurants near the apartment with a superb restaurant on the beach, open all summer.

GOLF: There are several excellent golf courses nearby.

An excellent location for a family holiday. A choice of several relatively quiet beaches right on the doorstep (some better than others) and a very quiet night-life with only a handfull of bars/restaurants in the immediate area which is more like a little village. There is a small communal pool and a toddlers pool that we practically had to ourselves most days (and that was in high season). The local area also boasts 2 supermarkets providing for all food shopping, and just as importantly a train station just a 5-10 min walk away which serves the airport and all the resorts between Malaga and Fuengerola. Therefore car hire is not absolutely necessary as the train service is excellent and allows you to explore the coast quite extensively. The apartment itself is more than adequate, and is probably the best in the building in most respects. The smaller bedroom did suffer slightly in that there was the traffic noise of the coast road that passes behind the building, but this could not be heard from elsewhere. The Air con was well up to the job, and the views from the balcony were great. The owners were also very helpful, and attended to all our querries and assisted our departure.
