Close to the old border of Garavan, in a very sought after neighbourhood, this very large 2 bedroom apartment benefits from two generous terraces (to the front and rear of the apartment) and a lovely view of the sea and the old town of Menton. Recently totally renovated the apartment is logically laid out and provides ideal holiday .The fully fitted modern kitchen comprises, gas hob, electric oven and extractor, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and built-in microwave. A door leads directly to the large rear terrace/garden – ideal for outdoor barbecues and eating in the hot summer months. Large living/dining room with double sliding glass doors leading onto the generous south-west facing terrace. Large master bedroom has built in cupboard and en suite bathroom with bath and shower attachment, wc and basin. Double sliding glass doors give access to the terrace. 2nd bedroom is a twin room with window to the rear terrace and fit wardrobe. 2nd Bathroom with bath with shower and WC.
