This townhouse which has a 242 sqm living area is part of a small development which is situated just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Tavira but yet far enough to feel the quietness and peacefulness of a private and luxurious residential condominium. Extensive use of glass blocks make this townhouse bright and airy, kitchen fully fitted with high quality appliances. Living room/dining has seating for 6 adults, LCD TV and surround sound system with DVD,CD and radio. Upstairs has 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower/bidet and 2 twin bedrooms, main bathroom with shower/jacuzzi bath. Roof top terrace which shows superb views of the town, river and sea beyond is complete with barbeque has two areas one for dining alfresco, and the other area has authentic imitation grass for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Outside superb landscaped gardens with both adult and children's pool,you could also relax in one of the two hot tubs or on the decked area overlooking the pools.

Townhouse is part of new development complex Terracos de Tavira, Taxis should know address Urbanizacao Colina Da Asseca, Tavira. Total journey from Faro airport approx 30 minutes.You have fast access to Tavira town by a series of staggered steps. The walk takes you along by the river Gilão and takes 10 minutes or less to walk to the centre of Tavira town. It is both picturesque and historical. There are lots of shops and superb restaurants serving European and traditional Portuguese cuisine served with the great Portuguese wines. For the real wine lovers you can sample some of the best Portuguese wines by the glass in one of the local wine bars. For young children you have a paddle go-cart area and skateboard area at the other side of the river opposite Townhouse.The beach can be reached from the town by regular ferry crossings, to the Ilha da Tavira opposite the town, it has an 11km beach, restaurants and some places to have a cold drink. Well equiped modern townhouse with lovely pool and well kept grounds only a short walk from the amenities of Tavira. It has a superb roof terrace where we enjoyed barbecues and drinks late into the evening.

Great relaxing holidays

The house is fully equipped with comfortable furnitures and a good DVD player for movies or music.
The terrace as a great view, and the gas barbecue works perfectly, I used at a lot, just click and is turned on for good and healthy meals!
The shared pool is also very good. It is as stated near town center, great for a small night walk.
I recommend it.
