Less than 7 miles from the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the nearest beach is Port Holland (3 miles) but also there is Mevagissey, Gorran Haven, Carne and many more small ones. For fine dining Jamie Oliver's Fifteen at Watergate Bay and Rick Stein's at Padstow are about 35 minutes drive away. There are the South West Coast Path walks all around in every direction. For a shopping fix there is Truro, 20 minutes; for mussels & the Maritime Museum there is Falmouth 30 minutes.
