Balcony terrace with al fresco dining table and sea views. King Size bedded bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Twin bedded bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Two shower rooms. Ground floor villa area has four bedrooms consisting spacious double bedded bedroom, ensuite bathroom with large bath, walk in wardrobe area, a twin bedded bedroom with built in wardrobes and safe, a twin bedded bedroom with fitted wardrobes, separate bathroom, separate WC. The villa is situated in a quiet residential road only a short walk from the shops and restaurants. Callao Salvaje is a relatively quiet resort with a village atmosphere but benefits from good restaurants and bars all of which face the ocean. Shops, banks, chemist and supermarkets all close at hand. Easy access to the motorway link to other areas and only 10 mins drive to the busy resorts of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos. Newly opened Callao Sport close by offers a wealth of sporting activities such as tennis, volley ball, Petain, gym, and spa to name a few of its facilities. The tourist attractions of the fantastic Siam Park and Agualand and the Animal Park are 10 mins drive away.
