Just above the Mediterranean sea and the Monte-Carlo Country Club (MCCC) where the ' Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters' will take place this year April 11/19 , in a modern and quiet apartment building, this studio has a spacious terrace with breathtaking views over the sea and the bay of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. It is located on the last floor of the building, with a closed secured parking box directly accessible by elevator. It has a full bathroom with bath tub and shower, a kitchenette, a sleeping area with a double bed, a living room area with a single bed, and a terrace where you may enjoy sunny breakfasts and candle light dinners. Laundry washing facilities are available on the ground floor. The outdoor swimming pool is opened from June 1st til October 6th. The studio is walking distance to the centre of Monaco and to the beaches, however, there is a bus stop in front of the building. It is the ideal place for a chic and relaxing vacation or a business trip.

Don't miss the thrills of the Principality:what about the Grand Prix Formula One race in May, or the Tennis Tournament in April and the Circus Festival in February. Visit the old town 'Le Rocher' and its Palace, the Oceanographic Museum, the beaches, the Japanese Garden, the Zoo and don't forget arts exhibits, shopping and night life. If you have a little extra time, take your car or the bus up to Roquebrune Village where the Medieval castle once belonged to the Grimaldi family and make sure you see the 1000 year old olive tree !
