I was travelling with a family (4) and i decided to book an apartment instead of the hotel.
The location is just perfect, very quite, only 2 minutes walk to the underground U4 € U2.
If you go to the U2 Station, ypu may walk out on the other side of the street and you will be in the city center within minutes.
We had a grocery shop nearby and there is nice local market called "Karmeliter" which is worth a visit.
The apartment itself is really fine and it was tastefully decorated, modern and comfortable all the way.
Being a party of 4, we loved the large living and dining area, and we were most happy to have a wireless connection.
All correspondence was very quick and troublefree, the owner personally welcomed us and he told me that they will have soon more properties.
The only point that i would see as a downturn is probably the fact that the entrance of the building is not so welcoming, and the elevator is a bit small, but you´ll forget all this once you´ll see the apartment.
