Apartmento tipo duplex. Primera planta : salón comedor, cocina completamente equipada, baño completo, habitación doble cama y terracita con acceso directo a zona comunitaria - piscina. Planta superior, con habitación matrimonio con baño suite. Completamente equipado: Aire acondicionado (frio-calor), electrodomésticos (lavadora, lavavajillas, nevera, horno, horno-microondas, minipimer, tostadora de pan), cuberteria y vajilla de mesa, utensilios de cocina, ropa blanca (toallas, sábanas, manteles, mantas, cubrecamas), plancha, televisión, minicompacto radio-cd, juegos de mesa, plaza privada de parking, piscina comunitaria ... creo que no me olvido nada !!!

El origen de Velez de Benaudalla es cláramente islámico. gracias a su abundante agua y al clima constante de la Costa Tropical, se convirtió pronto en una prospera población dedicada a la agricultura. Conquistada por los Reyes Católicos en el siglo XV la história nos ha legado, como ejemplo más importante, el Jardín Nazarí, magnífico conjunto de árboles y macizos florales con abundancia de agua, herencia de una antigua almunia andalusí con más de quinientos años de antigüedad. Que impresion!! Practicamente estrenábamos el apartamento. Totalmente equipado, no le falta de nada. Aire acondicionado, electrodomesticos, juegos de mesa, ...Quiza la tv es un poco pequeña, pero tampoco hemos tenido mucho tiempo para verla. Aqui hay que aprovechar el tiempo. Tenia muchas ganas de conocer la Alhambra, que maravilla!!!! La verdad es que no se puede pedir más.
