Vallerano is situated in the south-occidental zone of Murlo, in the middle of a marvellous landscape, at an altitude of 293m, at the end of a range of hills, which looks down upon the deeply wooded surrounding valleys, stretching in gradation up to the 'Merse' river.

While Vallerano is in a very rural location, it is just a short drive from all the conveniences you’ll need and of the Tuscan tourist jewels (careful, having a car is mandatory). They can be easily joined by the « Siena-Grosseto SS223-E78» road:

  • The applicable price is for the month of the arrival day (including in cases of rentals spanning 2 different months), except any rental including:

    - July 2nd, due to Siena's Palio
    - December 25th, Christmas Day

    - Any extraordinary Palio or special event organised by the Company (see the dates below for 2009):
    In these cases, please consider the peak season prices
  • The booking must be confirmed by a partial payment of 30% of the complete rental, to be received by the Company in the 15 days following the initial firm booking request.
    After this time, if we do receive the partial payment, the company reserves the right to rent the accommodation to another guest. In case of cancellation, this 30% payment is not returned.
    A 50 euros deposit will be taken at the arrival for the possible cleaning charges. It will be returned at the end of the stay if the apartment is left cleaned, with its full furniture, without any damage. We will retain the deposit if cleaning is found to be necessary or if there is any damage.
    Guests can also choose not to clean, and pay 50 additional Euros.

nous sommes partis a deux couples, et nous avons passes d'excellentes vacances en cette belle region. la location est tres bien, l'acceuil parfait. il est important d'avoir une voiture surtout si vous voulez visiter les sites comme nous l'avons fait. Pise, Florence, Luca, Sienne, etc.
Une visite aux thermes s'impose aussi. tres sympat a faire, une pure detente.
Franchement n'hesitez pas sur la location et la region.
MAGNIFIQUE.

Havre de paix et de rencontres toscanes!

Petit écrin de tranquillité aux pierres chargées d'Histoire et ceint d'une rare Nature préservée, qui apporte repos et bien-être, en toute saison, aux voyageurs aux attentes les plus diverses: de nombreux sites pittoresques à découvrir à proximité, tant citadins (Sienne, Florence, San Gimignano, Monteregioni...) que naturels, des activités très variées (randonnées avec ou sans monture avec le luxe/privilège d'une cure de jouvence aux termes!). Et dans tous les cas, le plaisir simple de se détendre sur une terrasse de pierres blondes ou marbrées, dans les senteurs du maquis, après une journée bien remplie.
L'endroit est restauré à neuf, avec tout le confort espéré: salles de bain et chambres impeccables, pièces de vie avec tout le nécessaire "comme à la maison"! Le choix est donc offert de cuisiner ou d'opter pour un restaurant à 10 minutes.
Et pour confirmer l'alchimie qui opère, l'accueil est vraiment très chaleureux (perception sensible de l'attachement au site et de l'envie de le faire partager), attentionné et riche en informations précieuses pour faire du séjour un moment marquant qui pousse à l'envie "du revenir"!!

At least, one must spend a weekend ...

Beautiful place, extremely available and welcoming home owners ... you want more! Place
suitable for both families and companies who wish to escape from daily tram tram or pairs of
lovers who want a romantic weekend away from it all. Nearby are the spa and for those
enduro or motocross enthusiast like me is a haven of quiet streets passable
without restrictions! Affordable rates, clean house, complete with everything and surrounded by hills.
I mean, I can not wait 'to come back!

Wonderful!

The property was absolutely fantastic. It is tucked away in the rural countryside and couldn't be more peaceful and quiet. We hope to return to it again one day soon!

Nice house rented by really nice family

4 adults and three children stayed in the house mid July 2010.

The house is in a small village quite secluded in the middle of the tuscan countryside. The interior of the house is brand new and really nice, and it is well equipped.

The family owning the house was really helpful and friendly. If possible, make sure to attend the village festival in nearby Vallerano. An unforgettable evening.

If you like the charm of being undisturbed in a beautiful landscape, this might be something for you. An cool evening breeze made the days and evenings comfortable. When they get a pool in place next year, it will be even more suitable for children.
