The modern townhouse, which sleeps up to 8, has 3 double and 1 twin bedroom and 3 bathrooms. The well equipped kitchen has all mod cons etc. The comfortable lounge diner with leather suite, has satellite 32' LCD TV, DVD, CD and Radio. Patio doors lead to the private terrace with views over the development's pools and lush well maintained gardens. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms. A double with full en-suite and private balcony with views to the Duquesa Hills. The second bedroom is a further double, and the third bedroom has two single beds. The 2nd floor has a private rooftop solarium perfect for sunbathing. In the basements there is a further bedroom with 2 double beds. The property is situated in a beautiful complex with 3 pools, just a 5 minute drive away from beaches and the Port of Duquesa, where there is plenty of entertainment for both day and night. This area is ideally suited for family holidays, with many local attractions and several golf course.

For cleaning, it is expected that you will leave the house as you find it with the exception of laundering bed linen. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from your damage deposit. Rental rates include a meet & greet service. If you are excessively late for the meet & greet service, an extra charge will be applied. Also, if your arrival time is out of hours i.e. in the early hours of the morning, an extra charge will be applied. The rental rate also includes electricity charges. The metre will be read on departure. If your electricity usage is in excess of 50.00 euros per week, this will be deducted from your damage deposit. There were no deductions from all of our rentals in 2008. Christmas period **Dec 23rd 2008 - Jan 4th 2009, the rent is 750 euros per week** For school mid term, holiday periods i.e. Halloween Break, Easter etc. the rate is 600 euros per week

** On confirmation of booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required. The balance will be due 4 weeks before booked arrival date. A further refundable security deposit of 250 euros will also be required to cover damages/breakages, key replacement, extra cleaning etc. It is expected that you will leave the house as you find it. Therefore any extra costs incurred for cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit. The remaining balance of the security deposit will be refunded within one week of departure. To facilitate all of our guests, check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Depending on when our next visitors are checking in, we may be able to be more flexible. Let us know and we will try and accommodate your preferred times where possible. A call out service is available if keys are misplaced etc. A minimum charge of 30.00 euros will apply for each visit.

A housekeeping service is available at an additional charge. Please advise if you would like some additional cleaning linen change etc and we would be delighted to coordinate the same for you. Babysitting services and other sightseeing etc can be organised at an additional charge. We have a Sky Box - we ask that you bring your own sky card as we do not leave ours there. Please note that movies & sports channels are generally not available.
