Luxury apartment in a peaceful location with incredible views of both the open ocean and the sheltered bay. Very close to the harbour with great fish restaurants, safe bathing beach, park, promenade and lift to the old town centre with its church and daily market. The large open-plan living area has a sitting area, large pine dining table and chairs and a separate well-fitted kitchen and opens on to a large curved balcony with superb views of the ocean and a pretty chapel. The double bedroom also opens on to the balcony with great ocean views. The twin bedroom has a sheltered balcony overlooking the swimming pool with views of the shell-shaped bay and beach. This is a comfortable base for walking or cycling along the coast, exploring the many fabulous beaches and cliffs, enjoying the excellent golf courses or visiting the historic towns and fascinating world heritage sites nearby. Alternatively, just wander down to the harbour and watch the fishermen, enjoy the cafes and relax.

You can stay and relax at this quiet location looking out to sea or head down the hill to the little harbour to see the fishing boats and smugglers' tunnel through the cliff. A 5 minute walk will take you past the children's park to the safe family bathing beach of Sao Martinho do Porto with it's famous shell shaped sheltered bay. There is a boardwalk beside the beach to the dunes at Salir do Porto. You will also be within easy reach of the walled medieval town of Obidos, and world heritage sites and historic towns of Alcobaca, Batalha, Tomar and Fatima. The fabulous city of Lisbon is just over an hour's drive away. Fantastic surfing beaches like Peniche and San Pedro de Moel are a short drive away as is the Praia del Rey golf course. There are wonderful walks and cycle paths along the cliffs and in the woods towards Leiria .
