La Versanne is a light and spacious villa with a large 12x6m swimming pool. The villa has been beautifully re-furbished and furnished with a stylish mix of antique and modern furniture. There are a variety of garden and pool terraces offering plenty of entertaining space and although close to the popular tourist attractions of the area, the house is very peaceful and relaxing. Inside, the villa has 4 bedrooms - 3 doubles and 1 twin ; 3 bathrooms - 2 ensuite and separate cloakroom; Large, well equipped kitchen; 2 large sitting room / dining areas - one with balcony overlooking the sea and the second leading on to large family terrace which can be shaded by an electric awning. Both sitting areas have satellite television/DVD facilities.

'La Versanne' is set on a coastal hillside in Les Issambres, just off the coast road that leads to St. Maxime, Port Grimaud and St. Tropez, overlooking one of the area's many sandy coves. There are local restaurants and a small supermarket nearby, and the village of St. Peire can be reached, in a few minutes, by car, for a wider selection of shops, such as a pharmacy, 'international' newsagent, banks etc. as well as more cafes, restaurants and a pretty, sandy beach.There is also a market held there every Monday and a ferry can be taken from there to St. Tropez. 10 minutes away is the bustling port of St. Maxime with lovely winding streets, lots of interesting shops and a huge variety of restaurants. Here, there are also regular ferries to St. Tropez and Port Grimaud. If driving, Port Grimaud is a further 10 minutes away and from there you can drive on to St. Tropez, or inland to the villages of Plan de la Tour, Le Garde Frienet or visit some of the region's many vineyards.

La Versanne is just one lovely place! This year will be the 3rd time we have stayed here. And what a luxurious villa it is set in its own tastefully landscaped gardens almost at the head of the valley. It is peaceful and quiet here. The villa is always clean and well presented and contains all the appliances and equipment one needs for a relaxing stay. Oh and on the subject of relaxing how nice it is to sit on the terrace or upper balcony of an evening overlooking the sea whilst imbibing a suitable refreshment (or three). For those more active there is the pool. And for those even more active there are the many and varied restaurants, shops and beaches in the nearby towns - cards and brochures provided. The house is well laid out, even when full one doesn't get any feelings of claustrophobia.
A delightful place and we would highly recommend it.

We have stayed at this villa for the last 4 years and it is always fantastic. There are brilliant beaches nearby as well as many restaurants. The house itself is immaculate. All mod con's barbeque, good kitchen, sky tv, books and even music to enjoy!! Lovely to sit and look at the sea in the evening with a glass or two! Easy to get into St. Maxime and surrounding areas/boat to St. Tropez. We have been 7 people and very comfortable - great having upstairs lounge as well as downstairs for added comfort and privacy - always somewhere peaceful to relax! Pool is great size and spotless with lots of garden furniture and umbrellas for shade. There are lots of restaurant cards and recommendations for people who have not been before. You can easily eat out every day and night if you wish to!! The local town has a great little market as well as lovely butchers and convenience shops - even a little beach if you want to be really nearby. I would highly recommend!
