Taking its name from the area once renowned for its citrus orchards, this newly built development enjoys two large residents pools surrounded by mature poplars, grapefruit trees and fragrant shrubs. Hesperides Gardens is a friendly, well appointed development which would suit couples and families alike. We have spared no expense in providing an unequalled residence of choice for those seeking to combine a relaxing and high quality lifestyle in a superb location near the sea and close to, but not right on top of all amenities. The apartment is very spacious and airy. It is a strictly no smoking property, however we do allow smoking on the veranda. There is a beautifully marbled entrance area with staircases and elevator to all floors. Each apartment has its own private parking bay in a shaded area under the building, accessible only by coded security barrier.

The Tombs of the Kings in Kato Paphos are a must when visiting the area. Paphos Mosaics dating back to the 4th Century AD are in Kato Paphos. The Akamas Peninsula, a nature reserve in the Paphos District is an area of natural beauty and can be toured by Jeep Safari. The Aphrodite Water Park is a great day out. Petra tou Romiou (Rock of Aphrodite) is just outside of Paphos. Paphos is surrounded by world class golf courses namely, Aphrodite Hills & Tsada.

  • The main bathroom has a shower over the bath with shower curtain. The ensuite has a walk in shower with glass panel enclosure. We have installed for maximum luxury a pressurised water system to ensure your shower pressure is always at optimum level as in many apartments in built up areas the water pressure is poor. There are shaver sockets in each of the bathrooms.

Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit with remote control. The master bedroom has a full length mirror on the wall and a flat screen tv. The master bedroom also has an ensuite with walk in shower enclosure.

Notes: The layout of the kitchen, dining and living room is that of open plan living. A bar height peninsular unit with three high stools divides the kitchen from the living area. A dining table with six leather chairs sits comfortably in this space. To ensure you don't miss out on your favourite TV programme, there is a 50' plasma TV which has SKY free view including BBC and ITV. To entertain the kids a DVD and Playstation 2 Games Console are also provided. A corner leather suite comfortably seating 6 looks out onto the veranda, which has been furnished with 6 relaxing chairs and a low table. The modern kitchen has all the home comforts you would need, including a coffee machine and ceramic hob. A Cyprus Mobile Phone is provided as calls to the UK are much cheaper by this method. All we ask is that you top up any used credit before you leave. All bedrooms have lockable doors. A pressurised water system has been installed for maximum comfort. All bedrooms have 5' beds.

The apartment was clean and well-maintained when we arrived. The description on the internet and the photos were exactly as shown and of a very high standard. There was a lovely pool with plenty of sunbeds - though these were all in use at some points of the day, though we did go in August. The apartment itself had everything you needed for a great holiday and was within easy walking distance of the main town area. Parking was also provided underneath the apartment block if you hired a car. Plenty of good restaurants within a 20 minute walk or a five minute taxi drive. Water park, go carting and mini golf were all close to the apartment. Contact details for dealing with emergencies would have been handy as one evening the electric went. Overall we had a wonderful holiday and the apartment was perfect for a family with 3 separate bedrooms. We would definitely return and would recommend it to our friends.
Owner's Response: Thankyou for the constructive feedback. Main issues of concern have now ben addressed for future reference.
1. More sunbeds have been positioned around the pool. Please note that there is a smaller pool to the front of the complex which also has ample space and can be quieter at busy times of the year.
2. Emergency numbers are in place now for any problems during stays. Last year (2008) was our first year renting out our apartment and we had some teething problems which have all been resolved.

The appartment was excellent as shown on the website, it also had a parking space under the appartments and a lift. The air-conditioning was also very good. We would have no problem in recommending the appartment to our friends.

A relaxing holiday in a fabulous apartment

I stayed here with my wife and son in May and we had a fabulously relaxing holiday. The weather was beautiful and we spent most days relaxing by the pool which was always quiet with plent of sunbeds.
The apartment itself is very well appointed and clean. All home comfots are catered for, even doen to the 50" TV which was great!
The apartment was within walking distance of the harbour and seafront area - taking about 20 minutes to walk so not too exhausting.
All in all I'd say we would definitely return again as we had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday.
