Jávea (in Valenciano Xábia), with ca. 27,000 inhabitants is in the north of the Costa Blanca, the ‘white coast’, in a 25 km bay between Cap de Sant Antoni in the north and Cap de la Nau in the south. The coast alternates between little bays and extended beaches. North of Jávea, in the botanical reserve of València region is the 753m Montgó mountain. From here to the inner countryside there are miles of fruit gardens and vineyards. With its varied landscape on the coast and in the countryside, a wonderfully mild climate throughout the whole year and a nature-friendly infrastructure, this is an enchanting holiday resort. Das Anwesen hat die Angaben im Inserat in jeder Beziehung erfüllt oder übererfüllt. Die Ausstattung ist großzügig und ungewöhnlich komplett. Die Abwicklung war einfach und unbürokratisch. Hier haben wir uns gleich zu Hause gefühlt, die private und entspannende Atmosphäre des Anwesens und sowie des nahen Dörfchens genossen und viele Ausflüge nach Lucca, Florenz und Pisa gemacht

wohnung komplett ausgestattet außenanlage top gepflegt vor allem die mit pflanzen überdachte pergola und die bäume auf dem zur wohnung gehörenden grundstück bieten auch im hochsommer ausreichend schatten die angaben in der beschreibung sind in allen punkten absolut zutreffend
