This unit is very unique. It is part of a very exclusive, small, countryside residential complex. It is built on land that was sold off by the neighbouring farmer; it is thus surrounded by his manicured vineyards and olive groves -it lies on a typical Tuscan hill - has stunning panoramic views of the area - it is tranquil yet lies close to amenities which can be reached either on foot, via an untarred country lane (1KM) =Abbadia di montepulciano or, by car to the larger towns= Torrita di Siena or Montepulciano (both only 3km away!) It is close (15km radius) to Unesco sites such as the town of Pienza or Bagno Vignoni ! Wellness centres are also at same distance. It lies on the wine route called: 'Strada del vino nobile di Montepulciano ' --- it is surrounded by agriturist restaurants Where one can taste local culinary products. Cycling in the area is also a fun holiday!

Home is on a typical Tuscan countryside hill nestled amongst manicured vineyards and Olive groves with stunning panoramic views. Although rural ,1km optional walk along an untarred country lane gets you to first village Abbadia di Montepulciano for basic amenities. At 3km in opposite directions are Montepulciano or Torrita di Siena for more amenities, swimming pool ,tennis courts bicycle hiring facilities restaurants, laundries etc., At a 15km radius are towns such as Pienza, Chiusi, Montichiello, Val d'orcia,Bagno vignoni some of which are Unesco sites . The home is on the wine route called ' strada del vino nobile Di montepulciano' & in montepulciano are various 'cantine' where one can taste/buy wines cheeses & other local produce. At a 20-25km radius are the lake trasimeno with its swimming beaches, trekking & cycling routes &/or its lovely fresh water fish restaurants- sailing also possible - CortOna is also worth visiting - golf courses are in the area - 50KM are Perugia, SIENA

This home can easily be rented by one family and added guests or two /three couples with Five or three children respectively to total max 9 persons
