Modern and well equipped kitchen with all the appliances. The lounge includes a dining area with the main seating area leading out to a lovely veranda (with outside dining area), At the bottom of the veranda is a gate leading directly into the communal gardens and swimming pool area. There are 2 marvellous pools for adults and for children which would benefit families as well. The 3 bedrooms all have double beds, fully furnished with a main bathroom/shower. The main bedroom has a lovely marble en suite bathroom/shower. Finally, the roof terrace has plenty of space for a BBQ and gives wonderful views of the Mediterranean and a wonderful place to end the evening as the sun sets.

Overlooking the lovely town of Calahonda and only a few minutes walk to the local supermarket, restaurants and bars. The beach is 10 mins walk or you can drive to many other beaches within minutes. The gorgeous town of Mijas is 15 mins by car or if your feeling adventurous travel by the local buses. The popular attractions of Marbella and Puerto Banus are within 20 mins of home. Our house is in a great location!
