We have a choice of 6 one bedroom Palazzo Balcony apartments. Each one enjoys panoramic lake & mountain views from a balcony overlooking the large communal swimming pool & gardens. Each of these one bedroom balcony apartments can sleep 4 people and all have an open plan lounge, dining & kitchen area, a double bedroom, some with an extra single bed plus a double sofa bed in the lounge area. The modern interior is furnished for a comfortable holiday stay. They have two balconies from the bedroom and living area where you can take advantage of the gorgeous panoramic views of Lake Lugano and its surrounding mountains. The living area is furnished with a TV and satellite. Wireless internet connection can also be obtained from each apartment by request in the computer shop just in front of the main building. There is a wide range of facilities, such as a private beach, outdoor swimming pool, sun-beds, attractive park grounds, mini golf, childs play area, restaurant, laundry and parking.

Porlezza is the principle town at this Southern end of the Lake in Italy and adds an Italian flavour to a well known Swiss name! Just above Porlezza is the village of Carlazzo which is close to the nature reserve surrounding 'Lake Piano' and which has a rich and ancient history. With a castle of its own and medieval fortifications, this village was once well protected. As with most towns and villages around the lakes, they have a heritage steeped in religion. Churches and monuments abound and this region is no different. The Church of St. Giorgio in nearby Gottro, is well worth a visit just to see the Romanesque Bell Tower.

  • Cleaning Costs
    A weekly cleaning fee of EU60 p/wk is to be paid at 'Reception' upon arrival. If bed linen is required, this is available to hire for a fee of EU15 per person for the first week & EU12 for each additional holiday week.
  • Short Breaks
    3 night break - 40% off weekly tariff / 4 night break - 30% off weekly tariff / 5 night break - 20% off weekly tariff / 6 night break - 10% off weekly tariff
  • Payments by Credit/Debit Card & Wire Transfer
    There are no additional charges for credit or debit card payments. However, all bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our booking form online and pay a 30% deposit. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
