Wonderful house for year round holidays. Situated on a private estate surrounded by fields and mountains but only 2 miles from the lively village of Gaucin with its restaurants, bars and shopping. The house is set in extensive gardens with panoramic views, 3 separate terraces, and large private pool. Horse riding, tennis and wonderful walks are all a feature of the estate as are peaceful sunny siestas and quiet dinners under the stars. The house is extremely comfortable with huge sitting room, airy kitchen/diner and 4 double rooms all ensuite. Historic Ronda and the beaches of Tarifa and Bologna are 45 minutes away. Gibraltar is 1 hour and Malaga 90 minutes. Golf, sailing, the famous white hilltop towns of Andalucia are all close by and the perfect diversion if ever one wanted to leave the house.

Gaucin is one of the famous white hill top villages situated in the heart of Andalucia. Just 45 minutes from historic Ronda with the oldest bullring in Spain, 45 minutes from Gibralter and 45 minutes from the beaches at Tarifa and Bologna. Shopping and sightseeing is a must in neighbouring Jimena de la Frontera, San Pablo, El Colmenar. Near enough to visit the hustle and bustle of Marbella and Puerto Banus but far enough way to benefit from the peace and beauty of mountain walks and smugglers trails through the cork forests. It is the perfect place for all the family to enjoy: bars and nightclubs a plenty in Gaucin, peace and tranquility in the house and its gardens.
