Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom modern apartment, with sea views overlooking the bay of Cannes. Both bedrooms have double beds, which can be separated into 4 singles & are ensuite, one with a walk in wet room with state of the art facilities. The apartment has a fantastic wrap around south/west facing large terrace which is lovely for basking in the morning or setting sun or eating alfresco. The lounge is light and spacious with satellite TV and has an open plan up to the minute kitchen with granite worktops and is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher etc. There is a lovely shared pool which is never crowded. The residence has a lift, is securely gated and has underground car parking for one car. There is a local bakery and grocery store within walking distance. For lovers of fresh local produce the famous Forville Market with a glorious display of fruit, vegetables, meats, cheeses, olives and flowers.

  • CLEANING
    There is a 60 euro cleaning charge on your departure for the cleaning and laundry lady.

    DAMAGE DEPOSIT
    1000 euro cash deposit will be required and paid to agent on arrival at apartment, which will be returned on departure if all is in order, No cheques can be accepted.

    BOOKING
    To book the apartment please email me to confirm the dates are available. Funds are then transferred to French bank accounts. When this is completed you will receive a booking confirmation and directions to the apartment from Nice Airport.

    ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
    On your arrival in Cannes you will be met outside the apartment, welcomed inside and given the key. If you require an airport pickup/drop off this can be organised, please contact me.
    On your departure my contact will come to the apartment to see you out and collect the key.
  • A non-returnable 50% rental deposit on all bookings
    100% payment to be paid 6 weeks prior to rental period
