Our air conditioned apartment sleeps 4 adults comfortably, and there is still extra room for a cot. Totally refurbished in August 2008, it is clean and pristine throughout and tastefully decorated. The Playa Flamingo complex features 3 pools, a kids play area, pool bar and entertainment in the evenings. It is a very safe and friendly complex and with its prime location, you will not need to hire a car. The beach is also family friendly with a gently sloping incline into the sea - perfect for swimming. For the more active, it is the ideal base to either swim, fish, run along the promenade or hire a bike. Diving, windsurfing and sailing are also available nearby. The centre of Playa Blanca is just a gentle 15 minute stroll along the promenade which provides wonderful sea views to Fuerteventura. Our property is maintained by a local professional management company with English staff and a 24 hour call out service available. This apartment is ideal for couples or families alike.

The picturesque town centre of Playa Blanca is just a gentle 15 minute stroll along the sea-front promenade and offers visitors a varied selection of quality shops and restaurants for all tastes. The PB promenade stretches for 8 kms - perfect for buggies as well. Closer to home, the beach front promenade of Playa Flamingo, just 50 metres from the apartment, provides a good selection of restaurants, supermarkets and shops. For many sun seekers that´s as far as they need to venture. The famous Papagayo beaches are a 40 minute walk and are fabulous for swimming, or just 5 minutes in car. Try El Golfo, a 15 minute drive away, for superb fresh fish at sunset. Or Timanfaya National Park to see all the volcanoes, just 20 minutes away. For golfers there are 2 18 hole courses on the island, with a championship course in Fuerteventura, just a 20 minute journey by ferry. For watersports fans, there is diving, sailing, and wind surfing all locally, with superb surfing a 30 minute drive away.

Notes: We did a complete refurbishment on our apartment in August 08 and it looks great. Spacious, airy, clean and comfortable. The floor is new, so your toddler can crawl safely. We have a great sofa bed, so the apartment will comfortably sleep 4 adults. 5 at a push. We also have a nice big flat screen TV, with many international channels, plus a dvd library. We also stock books, magazines, cd´s and games. The terrace has a a cracking view, plus enough privacy to relax in peace. Chuck a shrimp on the barbie. The beach is on your doorstep. The complex features 3 different pools, plus a kiddies play area and a pool bar. There is entertainment in the evening at the neighbouring hotel. Plus it´s safe. There are security guards keeping an eye on everything, and the complex restricts vehicles. Our property is managed by Freedom Properties - a professional, local management company, who are there to help you. A 24 hour emergency service is also available. Relax, and have a great holiday.

We had a lovely, comfortable, luxery stay in this apartment.
Close to the beach, walking distance from down town Playa Blanca, with the bars, restaurants etc.
The apartment has everything you need. Aircon, bath, full equipt kitchen, various books, games and DVD´s.
