This great 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom private villa with pool is located in a luxuriating countryside only 40 minutes drive north of Rome. The property is surrounded by acres of olive groves with enchanting views of the Mount Soratte, a nature reserve where there is an abundance of marked pathways to suit all walkers. The other mountains nearby are the Monti Cimini while Viterbo and Civitacastellana are within 50min drive. The authentic villages of Morlupo and Rignano Flaminio have some shops and are within 15min drive. The villa is on two floors and large well kept gardens with a veranda for al fresco living.
