Lovely, newly built villa set in magnificent countryside with stunning views to the Sierra Nevada mountains and the spa town of Lanjaron. The villa has three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, all linen included, with built-in wardrobes. The very spacious kitchen is fully equipped with oven four burner hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. All crockery and cutlery are provided.The large lounge/ dining area seats eight and has an open fireplace, TV, and stereo system. The fully tiled bathroom has double sink, bidet, wc and enclosed shower. The villa benefits from both central heating and air conditioning. Outside, there is a large paved terrace with table and seating for up to eight, a walk-in fully tiled pool measuring 8x4m and a barbecue. The property is fully enclosed and gated in a quiet and picturesque setting while only five minutes by car from the town.
