Situated on the side of a hill, this unique luxury 4 bedroom modern detached villa of some 210 sq.m. has superb panoramic vistas from its many south facing terraces; which all benefit from the sun all day, you can watch the spectacular sunsets and the progress of the fishing boats and cruise ships passing by. The Villa was totally re-modernised 2 years ago to a very high standard, including a full American kitchen 2 full bathrooms and marble floors throughout. Its 8m long pool with spectacular south facing views to the med gives you the perfect setting to sit back with a local glass of wine and relax.. There's a BBQ and large table should you wish to dine alfresco, Sunbeds and sunshades are provided for around the pool. Conveniently situated above the N340 it is only 10 minutes by car from the town of Almunecar with its many restaurants, tapas bars, shops, a local fresh food market and only 5 minutes from the beach and the sun drenched coastline of Costa Tropical.

Where do I start? Well if you want to feel like a millionaire for a week ( or two) this is the place for you. This setting really does make you feel on top of the world. The villa is perfect, with marble floors in every room and electric blinds as well. I have stayed in villas costing two to three times this villa, but I can honestly say this is better. Thanks to Roy & Carol will be back..
