Superb single storey villa set in beautiful gardens overlooking the Quina do Lago Golf Course. Beautifully designed villa with large entrance leading to bedrooms on one side and the living quarters to the other side. There are 5 spacious all ensuite bedrooms - most of which have access to the lovely poolside terrace. Each bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space and are attractively furnished in Portuguese style. The large bright lounge and dining room is luxuriously furnished and opens out to the pool. For the TV lover there is a separate comfortable TV room. The well equipped kitchen has a centre counter area for dining with its own access to the terrace. Outside there is a generous sized pool with plenty of sun loungers and patio furniture. The gardens overlook the Quinta Golf Course. There is plenty of parking inside the gate of this villa. This is a great property for one or two families to share a holiday destination with great privacy for everyone. Highly Recommended

This beautiful villa is located on a quiet road just off the second roundabout at Quinta do Lago off Ayrton Senna Drive. The Quinta Shopping Centre is nearby for all shopping needs with supermarket and restaurant facilities. There are numerous restaurants located in the area to suit all tastes. The Quinta do Lago beach is a short drive and has shaded parking. The beaches in this area are fantastic and one can walk for miles along the golden sands. Faro is a 20 minute drive and is well worth a trip to stroll around the old town near to the Port. The old market town of Loule is located up towards the mountains from Almancil, where the weekly market should not be missed. There are no end of choice regarding championship golf courses both in the immediate area and all along the Algarve. The area also boasts numerous tennis facilities.

Shopping: There are lots of shops available locally both at the Quinta Shopping Centre, the Vale da Loba Centre and at Almancil itself. Apolonia Supermarket is located at nearby Almancil, and is worth a visit to stock up at the beginning of your holiday. There is a large modern shopping centre in Faro called Forum which has a huge hypermarket which sells just about everything. There is also a huge shopping centre just outside Albuferia at Guia. Quarteria has a terrific weekly market dealing in fruit and veg and clothes. The town of Loule located towards the mountains also has a great indoor market well worth a visit. Loule is also a great shopping town.

Golf: There are no end of championship golf courses in the surrounding area - San Lorenzo, Quinta, Pinheiros, Laranjal to name but a few. Further afield there are numberous courses along the coast. Booking is advisable and there are lower rates available for certain times. Talk to the owner for more information
