This superior 4 bedroom detached villa (sleeps 8) with large private pool, offers quality accommodation overlooking the 3rd fairway of the Royal Course on Vale do Lobo, with air-con. The property is ideally located just a short drive or 10 min stroll to the popular 'Praca' and superb beach. It is set in a large and private plot of land, the well stocked supermarket a stones throw away. The property comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge with fireplace and satellite tv; also with a separate dining area. Master bedroom is a large double bed with ensuite. Beds 2 and 3 are twin rooms with en-suite. Bed 4 is a double room with separate bathroom. Patio doors from the lounge area lead out onto a spacious patio/outside dining area and onto the large kidney shaped pool with spring board. The garden is vast and well maintained. From the patio area there is a staircase up to a sun terrace with spectacular views over the golf course and a distant sea view.
