Our Villa has just been renovated and refurnished. A beautiful view on the golf course (hole 8) and many extras are included, like bike’s BBQ wireless internet & calls in the US & Canada. Very close to Wal-Mart and other shops. Also very close to Disney World. Kennedy space centre and beaches like Daytona beach are just 45 minutes away. On the poolside there is all the day sunshine, for guest who like shade we have an awning installed.

Mallory circle is based in a gated community. In this community is also the golf course Southern Dunes. This beautiful 18 holes professional course is a challenge for every golfer. Outside of the community you have several nice restaurants and shops. Wal-Mart is around the corner on walking distance from the villa. Plenty of nice golf courses are around Haines City. If you like biking, you can have very nice routes in the area. Also Disney resort is just 15 minutes away by car.

Fantastic location but car essential for those who want to visit Disney. Walmart within a 5 minute walk, very private villa overlooking the golf course, we had the pool heat in October which was fantastic and the Zacuzzi was an added bonus. Villa owners were extemely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The villa had everything we needed, wifi was a bonus for 2 teenage children, located in a safe gated community. Disney and Universal about a 25 minute drive but the roads were quiet and we had sat nav in our hire car. For a fantastic fillet steak visit Paccinos opposite the old town, you cant beat it! I would definately return and have no hesitation in recommended this Orlando Villa.

The Villa was superb - it was as detailed exactly in the description.

The highligh for us as a family was the South Facing Pool - this was excellent for my son.

Recommend that after a hard days work at the theme parks or trekking that a relax in the Jacuzzi is a must.

Owners were so helpful and easy to deal with - even followed up with a call during the stay to ensure all was well.

The only small downside to this area is that you need to drive if you wish to eat out - but why do this when you can BBQ.

If we go back to Orlando in the next years - we would stay again.

Excellent Villa offering great amenities

We enjoyed our stay in this villa. It is located in a secure gated community. The heated pool is great for younger children, as it has a shallow and deep end. The spa tub is very relaxing and can be heated if needed. The house is situated such that the pool and deck are in the sun during most of the day. The pool is cleaned and checked weekly.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are excellent for children or visitors.

The home is well maintained regularly and recently renovated, including addition of up scale appliances. The Southern Dunes area is great and safe for walking or biking using the two adult bikes provided. There's also a child's bike. There are many streets and courts to safely explore within this gated community.

The Villa is within short driving distances to the many attraction parks.

Our stay at this Villa has been very enjoyable and pleasant.
