Inexpensive and beautifully appointed self contained apartments in the heart of old Athens. Our apartments, know as EP16, feature new marble bathrooms, new marble kitchens, exquisite modern furniture, quality linens, free wireless internet, washing facilities, private balconies and a wonderful roof top garden all set in an historic Bauhaus building in the heart of old Athens. Still in our first year of operation, we have been featured in several Greek, Italian and Spanish magazines. We have been described as the 'newest trend in Athenian traveller accommodation'. Our apartments are available for short term or long term rental. We are situated in the heart of old Athens in the area called Psirri. We are a few minutes walk from two major underground train stations. All of the major sites of Athens are only a short walk away.

A Four Bedroom Option at EP16 Our four bedroom option at EP16 includes two whole floors and is about 220 sqm in size. The Apartment displays an important collection of modern art. The Apartment has a marble kitchen, marble bathrooms, views over the internal courtyard, TV/DVD/CD player, free wireless internet, stove, central heating and cooling and direct access to the roof top garden. The Apartment has a washing machine/dryer, work desks, large rain showers. It has two separate entrances, two kitchens and four living areas allowing two families to share without getting in each other's way. The Apartment is a short walk from The Acropolis and all of the major ancient sites of Athens. It has high ceilings, original parquet floor and is housed in a beautiful Bauhaus building built n 1938. We are situated in the heart of old Athens. You can walk to Plaka, The Acropolis, The Ancient Agora, Keramikos and all of the sites of interest within 10 minutes. Our area, Psirri, is also the area of the old artisans. Here you will find ecclesiastical candle makers, leather sandal makers, gramophone repairers and all manner of shops and stores that have existed for a hundred years. Painters, sculptors, actors, video artists and performance artists have made Psirri their home. There are at least 8 small modern art galleries within five minutes walk of our apartments. Young entrepreneurs have also invested in Psirri, creating groovy cafes, bars, roof top restaurants and art spaces. These new places are mixed in with the traditional tavernas and 'ouzeria' of old Athens. Our apartments, known as EP16, are in the best possible location from which to explore all that is great in Athens.
