This 160 m² large family house is located on the road between Cecina and Casale Marittimo, only 5 km from the sea. The big garden is completely fenced. There is a parking place on the property. The house comfortably accommodates 6 people and it has 2 stories. The kitchen is very well equipped. You can find a dish washer and a washing machine. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, a bathroom and a guests’ bathroom. The stairs lead you to the upper floor, where there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a shower and a WC. Central heating is available. The terrace behind the house is furnished with garden furniture.

Casale Marittimo was originally an Etruscan establishment. Around the year 1000, it developed itself to a community. The antique, historical small town, with its narrow, intricate streets of natural stone and with its stone houses offers a medieval atmosphere. It has been completely restored and it is the best kept village in this area. Time seems to stay still here. The town invites you to walk on its narrow streets, under arches and by terraces, while enjoying the view of the hills and the surrounding landscape. Around Casale Marittimo, a richly populated area unfolds. Even here you can find wine, oil and honey products. Shopping facilities, different restaurants and public adjustments are available on location. The sea and the beaches of Cecina Mare and Marina di Bibbona are approx. 12 - 14 km away. In the summer, you can enjoy numerous performances and original village festivals.

Sehr schönes ferienhaus, gut und liebevoll eingerichtet. Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Volterra etc sind innerhaln einer Stunde mit demAuto erreichbar, die schönen Nturstrände vonCeccina ind 10 Minuten.
Wir hatten zwei absolut wundervolle und ingestörte Wochen !

Familienurlaub in der Casa Rosa

Ich kann die Casa Rosa als Feriendomizil nur weiterempfehlen. Wir haben dort in der ersten Maihälfte 2009 einen tollen Drei-Generationen-Urlaub verbracht. Auf dem riesigen, komplett eingezäunten Grundstück konnte sich unser Enkel nach Herzenslust und gefahrlos austoben. Ach das Hausinnere bietet jede Menge Platz und ist nahezu komplett ausgestattet. Bei dem schönen Wetter haben wir allerdings die meiste Zeit auf der großen überdachten Terrasse verbracht.
Wir haben das Haus so vorgefunden wie in der Beschreibung dargestellt. Es befand sich in einem gepflegten Zustand. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte problemlos.
Darüber hinaus liegt das Ferienhaus sehr verkehrsgünstig. Kleine mittelalterliche Städtchen (Montescudaio, Guardistallo, Casale Marittimo), eine größere Einkaufsstadt (Cecina) sowie die Strände sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir könnten uns gut vorstellen, in der Casa Rosa noch einmal Urlaub zu machen.

Bis 12.07.2008 haben wir zwölf ganz wunderbare Tage in einem sehr schönen, liebevoll gestalteten und komfortablen Objekt in einer super schönen Gegend verbracht. Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund und konnten uns auf dem großen Grundstück und der herrlichen Terasse genauso gut erholen wie an dem ca. 6 km entfernten Strand. Man war auf dem Grundstück ungestört und das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht und außerdem problemlos Platz für sechs Personen. Vielleicht kommen wir mit der Familie wieder.
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank und viele Grüße an die Eigentümer. André und Susann
