Welcome to our lovely villa situated in one of the most exclusive areas of Quinta do Lago. Set in magnificent grounds with a good sized swimming pool and backing directly onto the golf course, our villa is perfect for out door living for families, extended families, golfers or groups of friends who want to spend a chilled holiday in a fabulous relaxing environment and at a modest cost. There are 5 en suite bedrooms, a master double bedroom on the first floor with its own sun terrace, 3 twin and one single bedroom all with patio doors opening directly onto the gardens. There is a large games room with table tennis. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge is simply equipped with sofas, dining table, chairs and comes with satellite TV. Outside there is a barbecue and bar area around the pool, plenty of loungers, table and chairs, great for outdoor dining. On GOOGLE EARTH the location is 37.02.51.17 N. 8.01.25.32W

Our villa is located in one of the most exclusive areas of the Algave. Don't be surprised if you bump into an international film star or premiership footballer in the local shopping centre where lovely restaurants and bars can be found. Quinta is the home of the rich and famous.The area is an oasis of calm with tree lined avenues yet within 30 minutes drive there are water parks, marinas, mountains, go karting and a whole host other activities that will keep everyone happy.

Notes: Our villa is homely and we want you to treat it like your home and not someone else's pride and joy where you would be worried about 'where you put down your glass' or worry about 'where to sit down'. We believe you don't want people coming round at various times through your holiday and spending a few hours a day to clean or change bedding. As such we have priced our villa to give you exceptional value for money particularly in these difficult times. Children are very welcome but please note that our swimming pool is a good size and has a deep end so young children will need to be supervised. Air conditioning is in the main lounge / dining area and 1st floor master suite. The swimming pool is kept in pristine condition by the filtration system and is not heated. Please note our villa is a no smoking property. Should you wish to smoke there are a number of covered outside areas.

Perfect for Golfers: Our Villa is located adjacent to the 17th fairway of the South Quinta Championship Golf Course. Within 15 minutes are number of other golf courses. Guests staying at our villa are entitled to concessionary rates at both Quinta North and Quinta South Championship golf courses. Buggies and trolleys can be hired from Quinta reception.

This is a great property, very well placed within the upmarket Quinta do Lago resort. The location is lovely, very private and quiet (apart from some building work a few doors along but I imagine that will only be going for a short while from now - September 2009). The villa is spacious and the pool very clean. The furnishings are fairly basic but that is reflected in the rental price. All in all a lovely property, great value for money and we had a fabulous stay here.

situated in an excellent area of the algarve located around many facilities with driving range go karting shops and good nightlife nearby.
Regarding the house in excellent condition and well maintained.
Suitable for large families or 2 families with plenty of room having 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
recommend this property to any family thinking of the algarve or quinta region.
return again next year due to great time by both families
