Entering Casa Jacaranda through electronic gates to a shaded carport area. Beautiful pool with shallow end for children , gardens,terraces and BBQ area.The main accommodation ,pool ,gardens and BBQ area are all on one level.There is a lovely entrance hall, off which is a spacious lounge and dining area, this and the master bedroom have patio doors leading onto a bright south facing, private terrace with superb coastal views.The lounge has a lovely feature fireplace. On the lower level there is a separate apt. with double bed, shower room, kitchen and lounge area. There is full air-conditioning / heating in all bedrooms, lounge/ dining room and the apt.This is a modern property with double glazing throughout.

nearby attractions: The villa is on the A387 between the popular town of Fuengirola and the typically Spanish village of Mijas ,and is by the local bus route.Fuengirola offers all the attractions of any popular European town with its many shops, restaurants, (of most nationalities) bars and evening entertainment for all ages. Mijas offers most shopping facilities and is well renowned for its Spanish craft shops. It also has many restaurants / cafeterias offering local Spanish produce.

Ski: Snow ski-ing is available in the Sierra Nevada and is about 2 hours drive away, it is essential to check with the resort about availability.

Golf: The Costa del Sol is well known for its abundance of Golf Coarses. With almost 300 days of sunshine per annum there are many days available for the keen amateur or aspiring professionals to while away the occasional day.
