The apartment is 5 star luxury and built in traditional Savoyard style, and situated in the beautiful Village of La Chapelle D'Abondance which is part of the Portes du Soleil ski circuit. This spacious apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, 2 Large bedrooms, one double and one twin, two luxury bathrooms, open plan living room with King Size Sofa Bed, Italian designer furniture and a state of the art kitchen equipped with premium quality Siemens appliances & granite worktops. The apartment is also equipped with an individual Ski Locker, a changing room and a large underground garage accessed via an electronic door. It is located in the centre of the village and 300 metres from the ski lifts and only 50 metres from the free bus stop that takes you to the pretty town of Chatel. The Savoyard village of La Chapelle D'Abondance has many first class restaurants and bars all within walking distance.

Situated in the heart of the Portes du Soleil, La Chapelle d'Abondance is surrounded by French and Swiss resorts offering some of the best winter and summer holidays in the Alps. The Portes du Soleil is one of the largest interlinked ski areas in the world, covering 12 resorts, 650Kms of Pistes, 202 lifts, 89 mountain restaurants and superb snow parks. La Chapelle (which is 5 minutes from Chatel) has developed into a superb holiday resort, but at the same time has been unspoilt by commercialism and to this day is still very much a traditional savoyard village and one of the Alps 'best kept secrets.' With transfer times of approx 90 minutes from Geneva, traveling to a mountain resort does not get much easier or quicker. This area has a great atmosphere with superb restaurants, bars and shops, excellent facilities for families during winter and summer seasons. The apartment is only 30 minutes from Lake Geneva, where you can sail, go to the beach, shop or enjoy supper by the waterfront

Additional information about rental rates

  • BOOKING: A contract will come into existence when we receive your deposit. You must be at least 18 years of age and accept the terms and conditions for yourself and on behalf of your party members.
    The final balance to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to start of your holiday. If the balance is not paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday, retain the booking deposit and apply cancellation charges.
    Please note we do not accept animal's pets and we do not allow smoking in the apartment.
  • PAYMENT: A deposit of £200 is required to secure your booking and the balance paid no later than 10 weeks before date of arrival.
  • SECURITY DEPOSIT: Please send the refundable security deposit of £100 by cheque 8 weeks before departure. The security deposit will be returned by post within two weeks of the final day of the holiday provided the apartment is left clean and without damage.
    You are responsible for any breakage, loss or damage caused during your stay in our apartment and it is your responsibility to make full payment to us upon return from the apartment.
