First floor- lounge with balcony views over river, dinning table and chairs seats 6. Modern kitchen, microwave, oven, plates, pans etc. Second floor -1 double bedroom with jack and Jill bathroom. Views over river. Another double bedroom with 2 single beds inside. Access to Jack and Jill bathroom. This house is fitted out well, to a high standard. and the cutlery, beds, linen, table, chairs etc are of the highest standard and add to the overall experience and quality of your holiday.

Mountbatten is a small peninsular on the edge of the city of Plymouth,surrounded by Plymouth harbour and the river plym.there is a beach at the end of the street,and several other beaches some within walking distance.the street the house is on, is private and quiet.however there is 4 pub/resturants in the area.should you need more excitement,take the foot ferry ,about 400metres away to Plymouth (£1.50)where there are lots of shops.eat in dozens of restaurant and see all the attractions a large city has to offer.bars clubs etc.if its relaxation and the country life you seek,go in the other direction and you will find horse ridding,golf swimming and all the pursuits you would expect.
