The villa has a total of 800m2 on two levels and an additional 500m2 roof terrace. The plot of land is 3200m2. This is not just a villa. Formerly owned by Universal Pictures the villa breaths the ancient glory of the sixties when the house was the refuge for people like Alfred Hitchcock, Errol Flynn, Maurice Chevalier, Marlene Dietrich, Cary Grand, Bette Davis, Humphrey Bogart, James Steward, and Leslie Caron, to name but a few. The villa is a part of such a flamboyant history, a history you will discover step by step. For sure, the numerous stories of the house will stay with you for ever. THE BEST VACATION, HOME AND HOST!

First off, the pictures don't even do this property justice. I travelled with a group of friends last year and had the best vacation experience. The best part of the vacation, and we'd all agree, was the owner Jan...a fabulous host who knew of all the best restaurants, discos and the best places to go on the island. The property was incredible...from the pool to the private beach (watch out for the jellyfish!)...from sunrise to sunset..take in every moment and enjoy. We never wanted to leave and spent many days around the pool or cooking big meals at home...Whitecaps is luxury at its finest. I can't wait to go back and originally I didnt want to go to Ibiza at all...since I left almost a year ago, I can only dream about the next time I go back. I would recommend this vacation home to everyone. This is how travel should be. It was even better than being at home. Enjoy. You'll come back a new person..that is, if you do decide to come back....the scenery is as beautiful as the people.

The time of our lives at Whitecaps!

We have just returned to London after getting married at Whitecaps. The Villa is totally stunning and we cannot speak highly enough of our stay there.
The history of the villa is fascinating, the interior is immaculate and 5 star hotel standard, and the views are totally out of this world and will stay with us both for ever, (we've found it hard not waking up to the sea).
Whitecaps has it all - spacious, modern and the club space is amazing, in fact so amazing you don't even need to leave the villa! (Guests+Jagermeister+Music+Pole= fun times!!!!!!)
Jan and his wife are the perfect Ibizan hosts, friendly, helpful, giving us great advice on the island and working so hard to make the villa perfect for our holiday - and our big day which went even better than we could have hoped!

We'd just like to say thank you Jan. We have so many happy memories of Whitecaps, Ibiza is now in our soul and we can't wait to come back! Paul and Jodi

What a vacation!!

Jan is an amazing host to meet in Ibiza and what follows is consistently good...

Whitecaps was the absolute best place our group could have asked for. Once you open the wrought iron gates and drive up you know something special is about to take place - and it does. This place satisfies every need of any person and group, the space is sprawling, airy, sexy and historic. You really feel you are picking up where othes just left off having the best time of their lives. The view is amazing and those really late/early morning sunrises are unbellivable over the mediterranian. Some of the best photos in my collection are from here.

An absolute treat for the sophisticated or just for fun type, no chance for dissapointment, can't wait to find a group to go down again!!!!

We came from Malibu California and were so impressed with the gorgeous Villa and the stunning location! It was absolutely amazing and the owners are super hospitable and hands-on so that everything was perfect. Could not ask for a better holiday.
