Central but noisy

On the plus side, this is a stylish and well-appointed apartment, the owner is friendly and helpful, and it's perfectly located for Ibiza Town nightlife. But a few downsides. The first-floor apartment is directly above a bar, which plays loud music until 3.30am every night. Bathroom facilities: there isn't a separate bathroom, only an open shower in one of the bedrooms, plus a small loo off the kitchen. The air-conditioning seized up during our stay, although the owner said it was due to be replaced. The flat is damp. Sorry!
Owner's Response: The aircon inside unit freezes when you put it on 16 degrees and the outside temp is above 35 degrees. We have a new unit now, since it was due to be replaced any how, but still.. you can t ask for a difference of 20 degrees or more.
Humidity in August averages 80% all over the island.
The client wanted to rest rather then go out late. This apartment is in the center of Ibiza nightlife. There is no apartment in this area that doesn t have a bar, little club or restaurant under, next door, or in front of it.
If you like to sleep between 10pm and 3.30am (closing hour) then this is not the right place for you.
But if you want to party... then this is IT !!
