A beautiful traditional wooden and stone chalet set on the banks of the River Arve within walking distance of the slopes, very close to the Flegere lift and the Les Praz golf course. Only a short drive or gentle stroll along the river to the Centre of Chamonix, it is a home from home for any family of larger group. Set in its own extensive private gardens with parking for up to 6 cars, the chalet offers all the comfort, privacy and accommodation of a large detached home. The chalet has a large sunny, south facing timbered terrace and balconies with spectacular views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. The interior of the property is light, spacious and airy combining traditional features with modern amenities. Full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, separate WC, 4 double bedrooms, lounge with traditional fireplace, separate TV room with Sky. Perfect space for larger groups to relax and 'do their own thing' after an exhilarating day in the mountains
