This newly built villa, set on a hillside with magnificent views over countryside to the sea. Located well off the road between Tresnuraghes and Porto Alabe it is ideally situated for both beach and towns and is a beautiful tranquil spot. All rooms have air conditioning/warm air heaters for all year round rentals.  This well designed, newly built villa is located in a quiet spot equal distances from the nearest town and the beach. A short drive down an unmade road brings you to the top of the hill and the property, from which there are wonderful views to the sea over countryside. Not too close to other houses this is a lovely tranquil place to watch the sun go down. There is a patio to the front of the villa to take advantage of the views. There is a portable BBQ for clients use. All main rooms have air con/warm air heaters so this is truly an all year round property.

Porto Alabe Just a 5 minute drive along the sea front from Bosa Marina is the sea side resort of Porto Alabe. Being built on a hillside, sloping down towards the sea, it gives the houses here wonderful sea views. The main attraction here is the wide arc of fine sandy beach which narrows as it stretches along the coast and turns into a mixture of sand and rocks. The town is slowly growing due to demand for holiday homes but the villas and houses are quite individual and this is not mass development by any means. Any property here is just a short walk from the beach, which can be reached by the many sets of steps leading down from the main road. Porto Alabe has its own mini markets, one open all year and the other during the summer months only, a couple of bars that are open all year round and a couple which, again are only open for summer and 2 pizzerias and a restaurant, only open in summer. However, with a car you are in easy distance of both Bosa and many places of interest

Yepp this is the perfect spot. Just perfect for me and my wife and 1½ year old daughter. Located on a hill with a great wiew over the sea. It is located in a nice place with no close neighbour. So it is quiet at night and you can sit on the front porch and just enjoy the crickets and the perfect sunset. The house is well equipped and wery comfy. I just love the place. The neighbours if you meet them are great.
