The villa is modern and beautifully furnished, providing a spacious and luxurious base for your Florida holiday. It is always maintained to a very high standard by a reputable local management company. The villa's superb location offers you the opportunity to enjoy energetic, fun-filled days at the theme parks as well as the beauty and tranquillity of the nature reserve as you relax beside the pool.

Our villa is in Davenport, about 20 minutes drive from the major theme parks – Everyone knows Florida for the theme parks and they certainly are fantastic fun for kids of ALL ages! However, there is another side to Florida - beautiful nature parks and fantastic beaches within easy reach. Highlights include the Blue Springs and Wekiva Springs State Parks where you can paddle into the reserve to witness the wildlife up close, sunset dolphin cruises at Clearwater Beach on the beautiful Gulf Coast, and the Kennedy Space Centre at Cape Canaveral on the Atlantic Coast. Florida is of course a golfers' paradise and we have some of the finest courses right on our doorstep - the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate 5 miles down the road and the Reunion Golf Resort with three courses designed by Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus only 8 miles away. Whatever your activity you can be sure of a good meal to end the day, with an amazing choice of restaurants + supermarket nearby.

Notes: We have two light and airy open-plan sitting rooms, both opening onto the sundeck and two dining areas – plenty of room to spend time together, or space to be on your own should you prefer . There are TV’s in both sitting rooms and master bedrooms with full cable service - in the main living area you can lounge on the enormous leather sofa and enjoy the 61inch HD TV (with extended HD cable package), play a DVD or listen to music through the Hi-Fi system (with ipod dock) We have an X-Box 360 games machine / DVD player in the second living area. There is air conditioning, a fan in every room, a safe, children’s toys, games, books and DVD's for all the family. We have provided as much equipment as possible to make your family holiday easier - pushchair, highchair, cot + bedding, bottle sterilizer, bed guard, child car seat, child safety gate, changing mat, baby monitor. We try to be as family friendly as possible - the prices don't increase for school holidays and we have as much equipment available as possible to save our guests bringing bulky pushchairs etc with them. There are lots of toys and pool equipment to entertain the children and plenty of space.

There are Floodlit tennis, basketball and volleyball courts for the exclusive use of residents and guests of Westridge.
