These 3 single room self-contained apartments, situated in a peaceful location in central Split, have just been refurbished in a modern style by their English owners. The apartments are in a Dalmatian stone house, in the old town in Varos and are a short walking distance from the Diocletian’s Palace, a 15 minute walk to the beach and close to local restaurants, bars, shops and markets. They are ideal places to stay for couples looking for a central base from which to explore the historic city and local sights, and to take day trips to Trogir or the Islands. The house consists: 2 x Double bedrooms with double beds, en-suite shower rooms, kitchenettes with hob, fridge, kettle, kitchen equipment, breakfast bar and bar stools. 1x Double bedroom with two single beds, en-suite shower room, kitchenette with hob, fridge, kettle, kitchen equipment, breakfast bar and bar stools.

Nearest Airport: Split International Airport at 20 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1.5 Kilometres
Car: not necessary
The house is situated in the Old Town of Split in the peaceful neighbourhood of Varos and is a short walking distance from the Diocletian’s Palace, a 15 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes walk from great local restaurants, bars, shops and food markets. For the foodie, two of the best fish restaurants in town are less than 5 minutes walk away. The property is an ideal central base to stay from which to explore the historic city and local sights, and to take day trips to Trogir and the Dalmatian Islands. The local ferry port is only a 10 only walk away with frequent ferries to surrounding islands such as Hvar, Brac and Vis. There is fantastic sailing along the Dalmatian coast and most of the local yacht rental agencies are located within easy walking distance. The national park of Marjan which offers great cycling, running, walking and rock climbing is a short and scenic hike away. Other activities in the immediate area include diving, surfing and fishing.
