The Villa is situated on the plains of the Sierra de Maigmo, (part of the Great Sierra Mountain Range) 2 kilometres from Castalla Town, 25 minutes drive from Alicante Airport, 20 minutes from Alicante City and 30 minutes from Benidorm. The local town of Castalla has many bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a castle steeped in history. The new road network allows fast and easy access to many major towns within the picturesque mountains, such as Onil, Ibi, Biar and Alcoy. There are many beaches and golf courses (San Juan and Alicante) in close proximity to Castalla.The villa is central to many beaches and mountain villages alike, an excellent area for cycling, walking and painting.The porch is shaded from the sun until the late afternoon where a large table and bench with cushions are situated. This is a great place to eat “Alfresco” The driveway that can hold up to 2 cars is fronted by a large lockable double gate.

Castalla is situated in the centre of a beautiful valley which has the name of Foia de Castalla, surrounded by mountains that in some cases reach more than 1000 metres in height. The town is located beside a small mountain which has a historic medieval castle at its highest point. In Castalla we can find many interesting places to visit, such as the Castle, the old part of the town, the Ermita de la Sang or the Maigmo mountain.There are lots of activities in this area: biking, country walks, horse-riding at the nearby stables and golf. The nearest towns are Onil, Tibi, Ibi and Biar, all of them within 10 km. Castalla is also well known for its rich gastronomy proved by millions of palates from generation to generation and is truly Spanish. ThePlaya de San Juan, the most beautiful beach in the province of Alicante. San Juan beach boasts almost seven kilometres of spacious, wide beach with fine sand and free parking.

Notes: Linen and four towels are provided. The Lounge has 2 rocking chairs and Sky TV . The kitchen is fully equipped including a toaster, kettle, ironing board, iron, electric hob and oven, microwave and large fridge freezer. The utility area has a washing machine and a portable gas B-B-Q.The porch is shaded from the sun until the late afternoon where a large table and bench with cushions are situated. This is a great place to eat “Alfresco” The driveway that can hold up to 2 cars is fronted by a large lockable double gate. The solarium is an area of the whole of the 1st floor open on the roof. Half of this area is shaded with Chinese bamboo over a pergola to to protect against the sunshine that prevails ALL DAY. The other half is open for full sunbathing and is equipped with a shower/mister to cool off during those hot siestas, sun loungers and a table and chairs. Wall lighting for night entertaining is available and so is a retractable washing line for those domestic moments.

A lovely place to stay for a get away from it all holiday or drop down to Alicanti or Benidorm for bright lights and bars,unit very clean and tidy and welcoming
