Overlooking a small quiet street with mainly antique and furniture shops, the property is conveniently close to a host of trendy restaurants and cafes. This sunny apartment benefits from air conditioning and heating throughout, a fully fitted kitchen for self-catering including hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, bathroom with Bath & Shower + double wash basin and separate WC toilet.   • The above rental excludes major congresses and the Film Festival. Please contact us for details of rentals during these periods. There is a discounted rate for monthly lets during October to February inclusive.
    Contact us for immediate bookings with discounted rates - for these last minute deals payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
    Booking note: 50% non-refundable rent deposit to be received within one week of booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to start of rental. Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling, and payable in Pounds. A security deposit of £150 will be required with the balance of the rental and this will be returned at the end of the stay on leaving the apartment in a satisfactory condition and on the return of keys if these have been sent to clients in advance of their stay. Prices are inclusive of cleaning and linens for 2 people. Please add an additional 25 euros for each extra person[s]. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
