The Raco apartment is situated on the 3th floor of the building. There is a lift for your convenience. The layout of the living room area is very bright and modern, with large windows and a sofa bed for 1 people. The kitchen is contemporary with a state of the art vitro ceramic cooker and extractor fan. You also have access to a washing machine and a dryer machine in the kitchen. The bedroom is very comfortable latex mattressand pillows (double bed 2 people) with plenty of wardrobe space for your belongings. The bathroom is modern and fully equipped with a shower unit, sink and toilet.

The pedestrian street where the Racó apartment is located is a tranquil , but you only have to move over a couple of blocks to find yourself among the shops, bars and restaurants. This ensures that you will not have to worry about getting a good night's sleep, but keeps you near all the action! There are plenty of museums nearby as well, among them the contemporary art museum with a fantastic view of the seafront. The cathedral is not to be missed either! In the area around Plaza Mayor, the Cathedral, and Jaume III is also where you go for a Palma shopping experience.

Top moderne, komplett ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung!
Haben uns ab der ersten Minute darin wohlgefühlt. Nicht zuletzt durch die freundliche, zuverlässige und hilfsbereite Vermieterin.
Die zentrale Lage ist kaum zu toppen, innerhalb weniger Minuten kann man alle wichtigen Punkte Palmas schnell erreichen. (Direkt am Plaza Mayor / aus der Haustür direkt auf der Einkaufsstrasse, sowie im Supermarkt / 5 Minuten zum Plaza de España).
Werden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen.
