The Falls is a luxury gated community, located just to the north of Sandy Lane, minutes away from Holetown. The community has a shared clubhouse and swimming pool, 24 hour security and guests of the villas also have access to beach club facilities, approximately half a mile away. The famed Sandy Lane beach and golf course are also just a few minutes walk away. Shopping is available close by in Holetown, and a wide range of dining options and nightlife are no more than a short drive away. The Townhouse is fully air-conditioned, and is furnished in a contemporary style, with an open plan living/dining/kitchen area, leading on to the patio, and small garden. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed, with an en-suite bathroom, with a tub and shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom and Bedroom 3 has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.
