This property is an absolute gem in a superb location. This 2 bed spacious apartment is located on the infamous Rue d'Antibes and is just minutes walk to the wonderful Promenade and Beach of Cannes. In addition the daily market is just beside the apartment and has to be a must to visit. The apartment has a generous living/dining area with large glass doors leading out to a terrace, which is constructed on two levels and is just perfect for entertaining. There is a separate modern kitchen which is very well equipped with all the usual appliances and also has its own table and chairs. There are two good sized bedrooms each well presented with plenty of natural light. The main bathroom is very spacious and is beautifully appointed. There is also a separate shower room. This apartment will be terrific either for a holiday in Cannes or as a base to visit the fantastic coastline all along the Cote d'Azur.

Nearest Airport: Nice at 30 Kilometres
Cannes is a superb location having something for everyone. The apartment is located on the Rue d'Antibes which is the main and very stylish shopping street. The promenade and beach of Cannes are literally minutes walk. For the sailing enthusiast there are plenty of interesting yachts to be viewed in the nearby Port. The train and bus station are also in close proximity. Take the train along the coast towards Italy to see the stunning views past Antibes, Nice and Villefranche. Visit Monte Carlo and Monoco for a wonderful day out. St Tropez is about an hours drive and is well worth a visit. Or how about a trip up towards the mountains and have lunch at the walled medieval village of St Paul de Vence. The world famous hillside village of Mougins has to be experienced for its wonderful cusine. All in all - a wonderful location for a wonderful holiday. You will want to come back for more.

Shopping: There is no end to the wonderful shopping in Cannes. Rue d'Antibes has many very stylish shops whilst the designer shops are located on the seafront promenade very close to the apartment. The large department store of Galerie Lafayette is located just off the main street and is well worth a look.

Golf: There are lots of good golf courses in the surrounding area and also along the coast. Please talk to the owner who will be delighted to give you further information.
