A large Spacious modern home with private pool and xl pooldeck for alfresco dining..The house is directly opposite the clubhouse where there is a fitness room, arcade also golf volleyball table tennnis and putting green and children swing park not forgetting the large communal pool which is heated .and large hot tub, The house also has a free wired internet connection and free local calls. This luxurious house has a large gas heated SOUTH EAST facing pool and an exceptionally large sundeck with safety net also 6 sunloungers and swing and large dining table 6 chairs The accommodation consists of 2 large masters with king beds (one en suite) 1 Queen bedroom with own shower/wc. 2 twin bedded rooms one Disney theme, one Spider man, separate bathroom to serve. A fully loaded kitchen with all mod cons, luxury dining and sitting area with large plasma TV and stereo sound system. It also has its own games room with pool table american football and darts visual tour available

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental rates are subject to 12% tax.
    A Non-refundable £250 p/w is required at time of booking and full balance to be paid within 8 weeks prior to departure.
    A cheque for £250 is required as security against any damage that may occur during the renters holiday at the villa. This should be in the form of a cheque paid with the final balance .This will be returned after the holiday period when the management company reports that there has not been any damage or breakages at the said home.If there is no damage the cheque will be returned within 28days.
    If you wish to rent the home for less than 4 nights then a cleaning charge of $90 plus tax will be charged.

    Bookings will be confirmed when cheques have cleared into the bank account of owner.
    If you wish to book please request a booking form and terms and conditions of booking.Bookings will be confirmed in writing by the villa owner once cheques have been cleared into the villa owners bank account.

    Cancellation Charges
    If for any reason you decide to cancel the booking after paying the deposit then refunds will be given as follows
    More than 6 weeks notice in writing 75% returnable
    More than 4 weeks notice in writing 50% returnable

    Less than 4 weeks notice nil returnable.
    You are advised to take out cancellation insurance immediately.
  • Pool heating though not normally required July to Sept can be arranged through the management company if required.
    If you wish to pay me when you book the cost is £20 per day. If you pay the management the cost will be higher as they charge you for the service.

    Barbecues, cots and highchairs can be rented separately through the management company.

  • Our bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard. All bedrooms have ample stoage space for hanging and storing your clothes. Master suites and Queen bedrooms have designer furniture incl bedlamps and bedcoverings .There are two king sized bedrooms (one with bathroom en suite) and one Queen size bedroom with its own shower room and toilet .The second king size bedroom has a separate bath shower and toilet and it shares this facility with the childrens bedrooms on the first floor.. The beds are top grade luxuriously soft and padded so comfortable you wont want to get out of them especially at 8 in the morning when the kids want to go to the parks. At least when you get home you will be pleased to be able to relax in total comfort in a wonderful soft bed and get a good nights sleep before the fun starts again the next morning. This house is ideal for two families as both master bedrooms are equal in size and furnishings.

Notes: As our guest you are welcome to use all the facilities in the Solana clubhouse. The communal pool is heated and the hot tub is wonderful ..........its like taking a hot bath. For the more energetic there is a volleyball court and a fitness room which is fully equipped to help you shed a few pounds And when you have finished a day in the theme parks there is nothing nicer than relaxing around your own private pool with a quiet drink .

We stayed at this Villa in feb 09 & can't wait to go back.
Solana resort is ideal destination for an Orlando holiday.The resort itself is quite peaceful,yet you can be in Disney in 10 mins.Easy access to I 4 & hwy 192,all local shops & Walmart.The villa is furnished to a really high standard & is opposite Solana clubhouse which is an added bonus.It really is a luxury family home & I would recommend it to people looking for something special.While you're here check out Celebration,& if you enjoy a good steak,check out Manny's on hwy 27.A bit 'rough & ready' but the best steak ever!!!!!!!
So I would say,you really can't go wrong here.Its brilliant
