Apartment in architecturally pleasant resort, with high level furniture in calm, favoured location. The large pool area (with child basin and outdoor showers) is directly behind the house. The adjacent lawn invites you to sun baths. It is located only 5 minutes (by car) from the center and 4 minutes (by car) from the nature protected sandy beach of ‘La Mata’ (approx. 25 km long, surrounded by dunes and pines, classified several times with the 'blue flag '). The living/ dining room is furnished with good taste and offers digital/ satellite TV, LCD-TV, DVD, Home-Cinema) so that you can relay in a nice atmosphere. Two affectionately furnished bedrooms offer place for 4-5 persons. The fully equipped kitchen satisfies also passionated cooks. Next shopping facilities are round the corner, about 100 m away (grocer's shop, 6 restaurants, coffee shop, Internet access, bank, pharmacy and hairdresser).

330 days of sun per year, a very health climate due to the salt lakes in the surroundings (certificated by the WHO), and the competition between the large amount of hospitality facilities, are the big advantages of Torrevieja. Further beaches in the surroundings: Promenade beach, 1 km´, with ‘natural’ pools. Playa del Cura, 800 m (in the town center). Punta Prima approx. 7 km (with a lot of space). You find large super markets near by, you can reach them by walking or by taking the bicycles (free of charge). Torreviejas largest shopping center the 'Habaneras' and many leisure facilities (cinema, discotheques, park, sport center, bowling center, kart center, and much more) are located less than 2 km away. There is a good bus connection just around the corner: to the town center with promenade, to the La Mata beach and night buses with transfer to discotheques and pubs. Active persons can find a wide range of interesting sites near by (Elche, Alicante and much more) as well as festivals.

You find sufficiently pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, etc. In the second room (roofed patio) you find the refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board and sufficiently storage space. Further facilities are: Stylish sun terrace with decorative tiles, lockable storage room in the front part of the sun terrace (with garden furniture, sun beds and sun screen, and automatic sprinkling system for the garden), roll blind and lattice protection at the windows, sun blind in the winter garden, beach accessories (if available and still in good condition - e.g.: kids toys for the beach). The resort (Urbanisation) has a very good infrastructure.

Eine sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht um einen angenehmen Urlaub zu erleben:. Von Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeltisch bis zu Spiele für Erwachsene und Kinder und vieles mehr. Also wie Zuhause. ...... nur das Wetter ist hier „sonniger“ .und der Pool quasi vor der Haustüre, das Meer mit dem Auto wenige Minuten entfernt......... Die Vermieter informierten uns über Möglichkeiten am Urlaubsort: Lage von Restaurants, Autovermietung ( sehr zu empfehlen), Sehenswürdigkeiten. Also, mit anderen Worten: Uns hat die FW sehr gut gefallen und wir können diese FW nur empfehlen!

Sehr gut ausgestattete, gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Nette, ansprechende Ferienwohnung, korrekte Angaben im Oneline Inserat.Die Wohnung und das Inventar waren sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist praktisch und gut ausgetattet. Sehr gut auch für eine Familie mit Kindern geeignet. Ruhige Umgebung, zumindest im Herbst .Die Korrespondenz mit den Vermietern gestaltete sich sehr angenehm und unproblematisch. Die Betreuer vor Ort waren ebenfalls nett und kooperativ. Ich habe die Wohnung an Freunde weiterempfohlen. Da ich mich dort so wohl gefühlt habe, werde ich im kommenden Jahr eine längere Zeit dort verbringen.

Wir waren angenehm Überrascht, es war wie beschrieben und gut ausgestattet. Für die Kinder war ausreichend Sandspielzeug für den Strand vorhanden, selbst eine Strandmuschel und Sonnenliegen etc, war da. Die Hausverwalter waren sehr nett und haben uns sogar ein Reisebett und Hochstuhl für unser Baby besorgt.
Also wir können es nur empfehlen und kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.

Das Objekt ist wirklich toll. Es ist stillvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über sehr viele Cxtras, die andere Objekte nicht zu bieten haben (z. B. Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine). Ferner hat eine das Objekt eine schöne Lage in einer ruhigen Gegend, liegt aber dennoch zentral in der Nähe der Stadt und in der Nähe zur Schnellstraße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar.
