Patio door leading to terrace with table to seat 6. 2 large bedrooms 1st with super kingsize and door leading to terrace, 2nd with twin beds, both with fitted wardrobes, chest, bedside table and lamps. Hair dryer. Bathroom fully tiled with bath/shower, toilet, large basin with vanity unit. All rooms with air con. Smoke alarm, fire blanket.

LOCAL AREA: Walking distance to supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars. There are several tavernas in Kapparis showing all major sports and premiership matches on large screen tv’s. Apartment located in a quiet area of Kapparis only 10 mins walk to nightlife where several restaurants and bars are open ‘all year round’. Nearest sandy beach is 800m away. The village of Pernera is 5 mins drive or bus ride away and the large resort of Protaras is 10 mins drive or bus ride away where you will find the famous’ Fig Tree Bay ‘and ‘Protaras Strip’. The lively youngsters paradise of Agia Napa is 20 mins away. The picturesque town of Paralimni open all year round is 5 mins drive away. There you will find its square, church, town hall, and lots of lovely shops and large supermarkets. The beaches have strictly controlled water sport facilities and have Blue Flag EEC award. The apartment is also ideally located to explore the famous ‘Famagusta’ ghost town & Northern Cyprus.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Non refundable deposit of £150 on booking confirmation
    £200 security deposit required with final balance payment due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. This covers against any major breakages requiring repairs to be carried out prior to next letting, also excessive utility usage IE water and electricity. The deposit will be refunded within 10 days of property being vacated and is subject to an apartment inspection by our property manager. Loss of deposit does not include general breakages IE crockery, glasses etc.
    We do not accept bookings for Hen or Stag parties.
    Long term rental considered during winter months.
