This lovely villa offers very spacious and tastefully furnished accommodation. The large open plan downstairs provides 2 large sofas (one converts to a sofa bed) and coffee table complete with a flat screen satellite TV and DVD for entertainment.
The large dining table with 6 dining chairs, comfortably fits 6, and can be extended further if required.
The lovely bright and cheerful kitchen comes with fully integrated stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for creative cooking and dining.
The patio doors by the dining area provide a lovely view of the swimming pool outside. The other patio doors and windows look out over the well planted gardens of the villa.
Upstairs the 2 large bedrooms both have an ensuite and have spacious built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom comes with full bathroom, king sized bed and side tables and opens out onto a large balcony. The second room with 2 large single beds, has a large shower room attached and has lovely sea views
Location:
Kapparis is ideally located just beside the coast and offers a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The nearest beach to the villa, Fireman Cove is a leisurely 5-10 minute stroll away, and there is a series of other beaches which are an easy walk along the coastal pathway. The next beach along is Malama Bay which has the Malama Hotel which offers a pool, shop, bar, restaurant and tennis courts all of which are open to the public.
Kapparis is a relatively quiet resort, yet has all the amenities you may need including supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a bakery, an internet cafe, car hire etc. It offers a great choice of bars and restaurants including traditional Cypriot, Italian, English and Chinese. The villa is ideally located for those who are seeking to escape and relax and yet be close enough to the larger resorts.
