This is a lovely family house with extensive grounds in a popular area on the outskirts of Mougins towards Valbonne. At the front of the house is a secluded garden with kiwi vine terrace that is ideal for lunches in the shade and evening BBQ's and dinners. The pool is at the back of the house in a large garden with pine trees at the rear. The pool terrace is in the sun all day. In the wooded area at the back of the garden is a tree house. There is a long table and chairs with sun umbrellas for lunches around the pool.

The house is situated on flat land in a quiet neighbourhood between Mougins and Valbonne. A car is needed to reach Valbonne but the hilltop village of Mougins is about 20 minutes walk.

The house is a short drive to either Mougins or Valbonne where there are many restaurants and local markets. Only 15 minutes to Cannes, 30 minutes to Antibes and a short distance to beaches. A car is essential. The nearest boulangerie is 15 minutes walk. There is a separate guardian's cottage attached to the property which can be rented on request - for bigger parties. At other times the resident guardian will attend to pool cleaning and gardening and look after any problems in the house.
